Supply of a chemical physical unit type EMS Water Technology series CF, for the purification of water coming from different types of discharges (car wash, repair shop wash, engine deposits and junk yards ), composed of underground tanks, for sand separation and oils separation, steel submersible pump for sewage supply with reaction/flocculation phases, settling, sleeve filter and active carbons filtering column .
The chemical physical units type EMS Water Technology series CF, receive the sewage directly from the two underground tanks in which the sand separation and oil separation take place. From here the water reaches the reaction/ flocculation section by the means of a submersible pump, and here the contact with the substances in the chemicals storage tanks happens (reagent, flocculant, coagulant and adjuvant) with automatic pH control .
the reaction/flocculation phase is followed by a settling phase to separate the clarified water from the process sludge .
the clarified water, to ensure the acceptability limits stated by the Decreto Legislativo n.152 dated 03.04.06, is taken again, and channeled into an highly absorbing active carbons filtering column and only subsequently sent to the discharge. The process sludge is then periodically extracted from the settling tank and dried with sleeve filters to be easily disposed of.
