Installation of the water treatment plant for the ENEL PRODUZIONE Spa turbogas power station with reverse osmosis system + EDI.
ENEL PRODUZIONE Spa e EMS Water Technology Srl have successfully experimented an innovative technology for the limitation of atmospheric emissions of turbogas power stations thanks to the use of combustion mixtures added with super purified water produced by a system articulated onto a reverse osmosis desalination line followed by a final refinement with electro deionizing cells (EDI).
the installed and tested plant is capable of producing 2mc/hour of demineralized water with a conductibility lower than 0,05 ppm as TDS starting from raw well water.
The main devices have been supplied by GRUNDFOS (pressure pumps) , GENERAL ELECTRIC ( EDI) and DOW FILMTEC (reverse osmosis membranes .
